<p>Für meinen Balkon habe ich eine eigene Lampe entworfen, die sich einfach drucken, montieren und warten lässt.<br>Die Konstruktion besteht aus PLA+ 2.0, PETG und TPU 95A – je nach Bauteil und Einsatzzweck.</p><h3>Benötigte Komponenten</h3><ul><li>E27 Lampenfassung</li><li>E27 LED-Birne</li><li>Wagoklemme (oder andere Lüsterklemme)</li><li>Schrauben zur Wandmontage</li><li>4× M3x16 mm Senkkopf-Schrauben<span style="color: rgb(0,0,0)"> für die Montage der Bauteile</span></li></ul><h3>Aufbau</h3><p>Die Lampe besteht aus drei Hauptteilen:</p><h4>Grundplatte</h4><ul><li>Wird direkt an der Wand verschraubt</li><li>Enthält einen Dichtungsring aus TPU 95A</li><li>Das Kabel wird durch den Dichtungsring geführt</li></ul><h4>Hauptkörper</h4><ul><li>Nimmt den Lampenfassungs-Adapter auf</li><li>Wird später mit zwei Schrauben fest auf der Grundplatte befestigt</li></ul><h4>Lampenfassungs-Adapter</h4><ul><li>Passend für eine <strong>E27</strong> Lampenfassung</li><li>Die Fassung wird mit ihrer integrierten Zugentlastung fixiert</li><li>Mit zwei M3-Schrauben im Hauptkörper verschraubt</li></ul><p>Nach der elektrischen Verbindung (z. <p>For my balcony, I designed my own lamp that is easy to print, assemble, and maintain.<br>The construction consists of PLA+ 2.0, PETG, and TPU 95A – depending on the component and its purpose.</p><h3>Required Components</h3><ul><li>E27 lamp holder</li><li>E27 LED bulb</li><li>Wago connector (or other terminal block)</li><li>Screws for wall mounting</li><li>4× M3x16 mm countersunk screws<span style="color: rgb(0,0,0)"> for mounting the components</span></li></ul><h3>Structure</h3><p>The lamp consists of three main parts:</p><h4>Base Plate</h4><ul><li>Screwed directly to the wall</li><li>Contains a sealing ring made of TPU 95A</li><li>The cable is routed through the sealing ring</li></ul><h4>Main Body</h4><ul><li>Accommodates the lamp holder adapter</li><li>Will later be firmly attached to the base plate with two screws</li></ul><h4>Lamp Holder Adapter</h4><ul><li>Suitable for an <strong>E27</strong> lamp holder</li><li>The holder is fixed with its integrated strain relief</li><li>Screwed into the main body with two M3 screws</li></ul><p>After the electrical connection (e.g., via Wago connector), only the following steps are needed:</p><ol><li>The main body is screwed onto the base plate</li><li>The E27 bulb is inserted</li><li>The lampshade is attached</li></ol><h3>Note</h3><p>My lamp hangs covered on the balcony.<br>It is <strong>not tested according to an IP protection class</strong> and is therefore not guaranteed to be waterproof or weather-resistant.
