♨️ Radiator Rosette – 4-part, fully printable design for valve and towel radiators
This modern rosette was specially developed for the clean and precise covering of pipe penetrations in radiators. It is suitable for both classic valve radiators and angular towel radiators and impresses with its precise, dimensionally stable design.
🔧 Features
- Modular 4-part system
Consisting of a frame and two adjustable inserts plus a cover plate – for easy adaptation and a clean look. - Flexible pipe spacing
The inserts can be aligned to cover pipe spacings from 50 mm to 70 mm center/center. - Current version for 15 mm pipe diameter
Suitable for standard heating pipes with an outer diameter of 15 mm – sits very firmly thanks to precise PLA print quality. - Modern, angular design
Ideally matched to angular towel radiators and classic valve models – visually superior to many available alternatives. - Expandable with alternative inserts
Other pipe sizes can be supported by additional insert variants – the frame remains unchanged.
🧩 Background
This model was created from the desire for an attractive and stable solution, as many existing rosettes on MakerWorld were too loose or not aesthetically convincing.
Printed in PLA, tested with real radiators – with a very good fit and hold.
