- 55mm Air Filter Inlet: An enlarged inlet that allows for a higher air mass â essential for performance-enhanced engines.
- Airbox Extension: Increases the volume of the airbox for an optimized airflow.
- Carburetor Connection for Mikuni VM 20-26: Perfectly matched to common Mikuni VM carburetors in sizes 20-26.
- Carrier for Filter Mat: Provides stable and precise support for your filter mat.
- 2x Cutting Templates: For the air filter inlet and outlet â making precise adjustment of your airbox easier.
Important Note on Assembly â ïž
To install this set, cutting and gluing work on the original airbox is necessary.
Additional Materials Required :
- Filter Mat: e.g. Malossi Red Sponge
- 4x M4 Threaded Inserts
- 4x M4x8 Countersunk Screws
- Body Adhesive: Needed for bonding the airbox extension and filter outlet to ensure a 100% seal.
Material Recommendation for Durability
To ensure longer durability and resistance, I recommend at least PETG as the material for the printed parts. Optimal is using ASA. For the carburetor connection ASA.
