Description
A silhouette of a Christmas tree illuminated by small lights; the lights must be bought separately, I recommend a string with lights quite close together to best illuminate the silhouette.
It's not very easy to attach them, it takes a bit of dexterity, but with double-sided tape or hot glue, the result is perfect!
I recommend covering the base, as I did, with cotton or something that resembles snow, to make the model cuter and the atmosphere even more Christmassy, but get creative with your ideas!
!ATTENTION! I printed the model in PETG Translucent, the new PLA Translucent should also be perfect, but I haven't tried it yet. The print is very long with the inserted parameters, but I used these parameters to improve the transparency of the walls so that the lights are seen better; I also used PLA for the interface between the supports and the model (it's possible to use PETG if PLA Translucent is used as the main filament) to improve the aesthetic finish.
It is possible to greatly reduce print time by setting the support interface filament to be the same as the main model, and by increasing print speeds, at the expense of aesthetic finish.
It is also possible to scale the project to adapt it to the desired dimensions.
