Radius Gauge — 100% 3D-Printed Part

This is a fully 3D-printed radius measurement tool. It's designed for makers who want a quick, precise, and compact way to measure corner radius or round object radius. All components print without supports, require no screws, and snap together easily for a fast and frustration-free assembly.  The measurement can be read directly, no multiplication needed.

 

Updates:

  • 2 Dec 2025 - The shape of the marker (indicator) is updated so it has more face contact to the plate thus easier to print
  • 26 Nov 2025 - Prime tower added to the 4th plate for the multi-color print profile

Note:

  • For imperial scale, I have added the raw model file for the Top Case. So you can download and print that separately. I didn't print it out so I don't have a real picture to make a new print profile. If you print the imperial one, please share some pictures for others to see. Thank you.

How It Works

  1. Insert the curved object between the two jaws.
  2. Slide the button until the middle bar touch the curvature.
  3. Read the radius directly from the printed scale.
