This is a compact USB dongle enclosure designed specifically for the Ebyte E104-BT5040U module paired with a 0.91-inch I2C OLED display. The case provides a clean, tech-styled appearance while keeping the dongle slim enough for everyday laptop or desktop use.

Printing Recommendations

  • Material: PLA or PETG
  • Layer Height: 0.16–0.20 mm
  • Wall Thickness: ≥ 1.2 mm
  • Infill: 10–20%
  • Supports: Minimal (for inner corners of the display window only)
  • Orientation: Print flat with the display window facing upward

Assembly Guide

  1. Insert the 0.91" OLED from the front side of the cutout.
  2. Place the E104-BT5040U module into the enclosure.
  3. Snap the back panel into place—no screws required.
  4. Plug into USB and use immediately.
