Makita maktrak router insert

Description

This is a Makita maktrak compatible insert designed for the Makita 40V and 18V ¼ inch routers with standard base. It fits the router fully assembled with a bit for a more user-friendly experience. It is designed with 2 removable bit trays along with the small fence, template guide, set of wrenches, standard and track compatible base and also fits a battery (4ah 40v is the largest that fits) all fit inside the box.

NOTE.  Designed around the H2D printer

NOTE. print on a 45-degree angle if possible (This is what I recommend, the surface finish is better with this print orientation.)

Print settings recommend 

  Wall loops.  2 

   Infill.  

        5% to 10% (I found 7% grid to be the best for the models that print at a 45⁰ angle)

   Filament. 

  PETG, PCTG, PLA*.              * pla may not be the best if the box will be in the sun.        (heat reasons) 

Other. 

    use in slicer cut tool if you don't have a h2d.
