Glass Cutting Jig

Simple glass bottle cutting jig for making unique glass tumblers!!

1: Purchase a glass cutter, print the model, and assemble it

2: Remove any labels from the part of the glass bottle to be cut and clean it thoroughly. Begin scoring, applying about 2kg of pressure, and rotate the bottle several times to score evenly

3: Prepare a basin of boiling water and a basin of ice water. Alternately immerse the scored glass bottle into the boiling water and then the ice water, ensuring the water covers the score line. Each immersion should last seven to eight seconds until the glass bottle completely separates. (The bottle cap must be unscrewed in this step)

4: Use sandpaper to smooth the cut edge to prevent scratches
