Description
š The "Car" Controller: Drive the Remote with an AE86! (CyberBrick Prank)
The Prank is complete.
If you are building my "Remote That Drives" project, you need something to control it with. A standard joystick is boring, and it ruins the illusion.
To sell the prank, I designed this controller to look exactly like a legendary AE86 Trueno drift car. When you are out in public holding this, people assume it's just a static model or a toy you're carrying. They never suspect that this is actually the transmitter controlling the "Radio Control" box zooming around on the floor.
The concept is simple:
- Hold the Car.
- Drive the Remote.
- Confuse everyone.
š° The Design
I modeled this after the iconic "Tofu Delivery" hatchback. It fits comfortably in the hand and hides all the transmitter electronics inside the chassis.
- Stealth Mode: It looks 100% like a display model.
- Ergonomics: Designed to be held as a handheld unit while you operate the controls (hidden or gyro-based depending on your build).
- Aesthetics: Features the classic pop-up headlight look and two-tone panda paint scheme potential.
ā ļø IMPORTANT: This model acts as the TRANSMITTER.
It is the companion piece to the "Reverse RC" project. You need the driving remote unit to complete the set!
