Description
A flat and functional riser for the Bambu X2D & P2S printer
NEW Version V3 💥💥💥
Yes, I've created a new version of a riser once again. Currently, many new ideas come to mind for improving various parts, and I simply want to share them with you. This time, the riser is so print-optimized that you no longer have unsightly surfaces from support areas. Additionally, you can now print the gasket yourself from TPU.

Please leave a boost if you like the part. It's really very helpful for getting seen. And I would love to continue helping you with great content. Thank you all!!
In short, the special features of this version:
- almost no supports needed
- no adhesive necessary (but it never hurts) :D
- 3 storage compartments at the front. The USB stick is now perfectly accessible under the left one.
- The gasket can be printed with TPU yourself
- there is again an alternative version with a rear-sliding lid
2026-05-10 Update:
- new inserts perfectly fitting for X2D spare parts and tools
- 2-color lids/covers
- empty insert for the right side, if you want to store something else
2026-04-22 Update:
- the riser is also X2D compatible 😉
2025-12-05 small update:
additional print profile with inserts for the front storage compartments (e.g. mini toolbox)

additional print profile with slightly adjusted cover caps, with a small grip recess, to facilitate opening

It is a relatively simple and flat riser. It covers the entire printer form and not just the glass panel area. I find it much more aesthetically pleasing this way. Additionally, it prevents the print head's Bowden tube from rubbing against the lid.
Assembly:

The parts are assembled using the small connectors. Adhesive is NOT necessary, but can be used optionally.
This results in a very stable frame. Pay attention to the direction of the front connectors (arrow).
The TPU gasket parts are then simply inserted into the existing groove.

If you prefer to use sealing tape, it should have dimensions of 2mmx10mm. This will make the glass plate flush. However, 1.5mm or 1mm also works.
Finally, the front lids are inserted. You can open them by simply pressing on the middle bars.

This time I used PETG-CF for the frame.
However, profiles for PLA and PETG are also available.
Have fun with it! Let me know how you like it! 😉✌️
