UPDATE 2026 06 15

Revised ‘REV C’ Front caster mount - easier to install

Changed standard TPU 95A tire setting to: 3 walls and 20% infill. Harder tires gave users a smoother ride

UPDATE 2026 04 25

Revised orientation for the front caster mount.

Replaced 4-part wheel with 2-part wheel. 4-part rim still available at end of build plates.

Added 1-part footrest for both XPA and H series, also shown at the end of build plates.

Added 3D-printed washers to build plates instead of using metal washers.

UPDATE 2026 04 22

Minor Adjustments to the lower push handle to make sure the headrest screw does not hit the handle.

Current file is: 3DTMT XX PUSH HANDLE BOTTOM REV B V3. Both XPA and H profiles updated.

---------------------------------------------

UPDATE 2026 04 12

The updated REV B profiles also reflect these changes related to the KIT:

Update 2025 12 04 -

Some users report bed warping on the front part of the ‘Handle’ files. This leads to a gap when fully assembled. I have updated the print profiles to include a 10mm brim for these parts! -Noam

Printing Info!

This project is designed to be printed on all Bambu Lab printers (except the A1 mini). It takes 10-13 days.

It will work for any printer with a minimum bed size of 256mm^3

It will use around 8 spools of PETG (budget for 10 in case of any failures) and around 3 spools of TPU depending on whether you print the cushions.

We recommend FOAMING TPU for the cushions, see instruction manual for more information.

Please use the pre-sliced files, as they have been optimized for minimal supports and maximum printability. Use a bed adhesive to ensure the large parts do not warp. All STL, STEP and SOLIDWORKS files have also been provided.

DO NOT MODIFY THESE FILES! This design has been through rigorous testing. Modifying the geometry may cause failures, assembly issues, and user injury. DO NOT MODIFY THESE FILES!

.4mm nozzle REQUIRED for TPU straps
