Keystone Patchpanel Dekstop with 12 ports and lid

I designed a 12-port keystone patch panel in a “desktop” form factor, since I could only find models intended for rack use. I copied the latching profile for the keystones from an original model and built the design from there. It’s mounted using double-sided tape.

This panel is made for Aliexpress (Natalink) keystones, with 18.5 mm of space per keystone. Most models are just a bit too narrow, so this one should fit them properly.

The labeling was created in Fusion 360 for clean alignment. The uploaded version includes only the dividing lines—you can add your own labels in your slicer as needed.

I printed it in SUNLU PETG. The only issue I encountered was some minor layer shifting in two prints, but nothing too major.
