Description

Hey guys I modeled the 2025 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix Trophy for my good friend. This is my 4th TinkerCAD model, assisted with the help of Blender to make the horns (Bezier curve and circle). Not an exact 1:1 replica but I did what I could given the small size. It took me a few test prints but I think I finally achieved what I wanted.

I also put uncolored models if you want to self paint instead of using your AMS as it does generate a bit of waste. There are 2 versions included:

  1. The bigger version that has the Podium placement numbers on them (1,2,3) and measures at 250mm x 174mm x 75mm.

Be sure to print the trophy piece 3 times if you want all 3.

-All 3 trophy bases with an AMS takes about 7.5 hours to print (due to use of generic silk and regular PLA).

-All 3 NON colored trophy bases take a little over 2 hours.

-The trophy (1) with horns takes about 4 hours (with Silk PLA).

  2. The smaller version that does NOT have the Podium places, it just says “United States Grand Prix 2025” and measures at 158.4mm x 110.5mm x 47mm.

-The base with color takes 3.5 hours to print.

-The NON colored base takes about 32 minutes.

-The trophy with horns takes about a hour and 45 minutes (with Silk PLA).

You will need 2 small dabs of super glue where the base and the trophy meet, see the pictures that I included to see where to put the glue.

You can use whatever colors you want/have, but I used:

Giantarm Silk Silver PLA for a chrome-like effect (for trophy and Podium placement numbers)

Kingroon Matte Black PLA (for trophy stand base)

Kingroon Matte Red PLA (for Formula 1 logo)

Ender White PLA (for text on trophy stand base)

The horns will need supports obviously, make sure to take them off carefully as I have used the “normal” and “snug” option with the top Z distance of 0.23, as these were the best setting I found to minimize stringing/banding on the back of the horns (see pics).

Update 12/12/25:    I have released a print profile for the mini trophy stand using a 0.2mm nozzle the text has much finer detail compared to the 0.4mm nozzle but will take 20.5 hours to print.

Also I did not print the trophy/horns part with the 0.2mm nozzle because you cant use silk or the nozzle will clog. You're free to print it in a non-clogging color with the 0.2mm nozzle, should take around 5.5 hours.

If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask. Thanks and happy printing :)
