Commercial use of this model is prohibited, a derivative creation license is available on the MW platform

January 7, 2026 V1.5.7 Plate Arrangement Adjustment

  • The overall plate arrangement has been modified and reduced to 13 plates

Answers to some questions:

  • Many P1S users reported not seeing the model, P1S users please select all printer models via PC or web and download the 3mf file, then slice and print on PC. This model is compatible with P1S and can be printed with P1S. In fact, when I uploaded this model, I had already selected the P1 series models. I consulted the support ticket, and the feedback was: the actual applicable printer model depends on the platform's cloud slicing detection results, and is not based on selection. To prevent duplicate model uploads from violating the platform, it is also not recommended to upload the same model separately for the P1S model, so please resolve this issue manually
  • Suggestions regarding overhang and bridging quality: Because this model has a large number of overhangs and bridging areas, users printing with third-party filament should pay attention to layer time and outer wall speed. When printing this on different printer models, I found that sometimes the overhang surface exhibited insufficient flow extrusion, or the bridging surface performed poorly. After consulting, the official solutions are as follows: 1. Because the layer time for the next layer is longer after the support surface is printed, enhance cooling during support surface printing; in the slicer software, adjust the filament settings, setting fan speed to 60% and 90% in the cooling option, and layer time to 120 seconds and 15 seconds simultaneously. 2. Insufficient extrusion on the outer surface of overhangs, uneven outer wall speed changes and flow lag phenomena after enabling overhang speed reduction; if you want better surface quality: please disable the overhang speed reduction option, prioritize printing outer walls, set outer wall speed to 50, simulating overhang speed reduction can lead to better flow performance
  • Regarding potential model detachment or poor plate adhesion during winter printing, please increase the build plate temperature or use an adhesive spray as appropriate to resolve this

  • If you are a rich person or lazy and don't want to print it yourself, or you are a beginner afraid of wasting 3.5KG of filament due to print failure, you can search by the same name on Xianyu: 天堂向左 to support me haha!

Project Introduction

  • Tailored for Bambu Lab P2S users, a poop/waste + integrated tool storage base
  • The entire project requires approximately 3.5KG of PETG filament and has a long printing time
  • The overall design is modular, with pre-reserved M3*10 self-tapping screw holes on the fasteners
  • The front appearance of the drawer base adopts the Bambu Lab LOGO design language. The drawers can slide out on rails, facilitating poop disposal and tool storage
  • All screw holes are generally oriented for easy screwdriver access, and handholds are reserved at the bottom for easy overall movement
  • Base dimensions: 391*389*160mm
  • The base supports the installation of HULA shock-absorbing pads, with pre-drilled holes and 5 HULA positions reserved
  • The base supports side build plate storage and drainage
  • Compatible with official external exhaust components

Printing Recommendations

  • Recommended material: PETG
  • Recommended calibration: Because there might be discrepancies between design dimensions and actual print dimensions, please ensure that the filament's sinkage rate calibration has been performed before printing

Compatibility

  • Bambu Lab P2S P1S

Contents Included

  • Main base module × 1
  • Drawer module × 2
  • Poop chute tube × 2
  • Waste storage box × 1; Tool storage box × 3
  • Side build plate storage × 1
  • Additional hardware needed: M3*10 self-tapping countersunk screws, M6*1.5 N35 magnets (optional)

Project Update History:

December 18, 2025 V1.5.5 Official External Exhaust Adaptation

  • Re-adjusted the size of the new poop chute opening, now the poop chute tube can better align with the printer body's waste port
  • Adjusted the support type for some models and added brim to some models to ensure printing success rate
  • After this version, the overall structure will generally no longer be adjusted; only user-reported bugs will be fixed or functional additions compatible with historical versions will be made
  • The screw hole diameter at the connection point of the left and right drawers has been rolled back; the original size connects the drawers more tightly, though it is difficult to tighten

December 17, 2025 P1S Fix

  • Since the poop chute tube was redesigned in version 1.5.1, to accommodate the official external exhaust components, the P2S poop chute tube was changed to a narrowed type. The original poop chute tube has been removed from the print files, which prevents unaffected P1S users from printing the original poop chute opening. The new poop chute tube is not compatible with P1S replacement parts. Now, a P1S compatible poop chute tube model has been added to the P1S replacement parts

December 15, 2025 V1.5.1

  • Attempted to fix interference issues with the official external exhaust kit! In V1.5, the dimensions and shape of the poop chute tube were redesigned to avoid interference with the fan housing in the official external exhaust components

December 14, 2025 P1S Support

  • According to user feedback, when this base is used with P1S machines, the poop chute tube is 8mm higher than the bottom of the waste port. A slightly shorter poop chute tube connector has been uploaded separately to fit the P1S. P1S users printing the full version should delete the poop chute tube plate and print the P1S replacement part separately

December 12, 2025 V1.4.1

  • Added a side build plate storage rack: symmetrical design, fixed to the side of the frame by replacing the bottom interlocking device, can be on either side, and supports washing and draining. When storing the build plate, please place the wiping area downwards; a hole has been reserved in the middle wiping area of the storage rack to secure the build plate!
  • The arc supports at the bottom of the frame and central column are now pre-drilled for standard HULA, with cylindrical holes measuring φ29mm*6mm high. Please note that this frame requires 5 HULA shock-absorbing feet. If you need to use HULA, please remove the support at the cylindrical holes after printing. If not using HULA, this can be ignored

December 11, 2025 V1.3 Emergency Fix

  • According to user feedback: the front of the central column was not fixed to the front beam, resulting in a gap from the ground when using HULA, leading to insufficient support for the central column, relying only on rear screws for fixation. This issue has now been fixed. A locking mechanism and HULA reserved positions have been added
  • Fixed the tolerance issue where M6 magnets could not be pressed in
  • Fixed the tolerance of the four drawer screws, now it is easier to tighten

December 11, 2025 V1.2.2

  • Poop chute tube connector lengthened: adjusted from 5mm to 8mm, to improve structural stability at the connections of the poop chute tubes
  • Fastener dimensions unified: fastener height adjusted from 10mm to 9.5mm
  • Drawer rail connection structure optimized: redesigned the front and rear connection method for the drawers, now enabling smooth printing without supports
  • Infill structure changed to helical infill: to increase overall strength and reduce material stress concentration, improving long-term durability
  • New magnet holes added to drawer panels: supporting M6*1.5 N35 strong magnet installation, enhancing drawer opening/closing damping and magnetic feel (optional)
  • Added 4 storage box modules: enhancing expandability and classified storage capacity, to suit more usage scenarios

December 5, 2025 V1.0 Baseline Version Released
