Now added new token - Empowered!

This is an alternative to my existing token set (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1910072-riftbound-tokens-buff-stun-and-might#profileId-2048126) and goes well with my chunky streaming dice (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2103229-riftbound-spinning-dice-as-seen-on-stream#profileId-2274604). I really wanted to create a version of the keyword tokens I've seen on the Riftbound regional qualifier Houston and China streams, so here they are! These require an AMS but would look great at tournaments and on streams.
