Flexible Coolant Pipe Air Assist System
Print Profile(1)

Description
This set is based on the classic flexible coolant pipe system, commonly used for adjustable air assist on lasers, CNC machines, and workbenches.
The modular hose segments snap together and allow precise positioning of airflow without any tools.
The model includes standard hose links plus four interchangeable nozzles, letting you choose between wide airflow or a focused air jet depending on your project.
A custom bracket is included for mounting the threaded connector from a typical airbrush compressor hose.
The bracket can be fastened directly to a 25 mm hole-pattern fixture plate, making it ideal for fiber lasers or any machine with compatible mounting holes.
This creates a flexible, repositionable air assist system that stays exactly where you aim it.
It's a pretty tight fit and when printet in PLA i found that it became very loose very fast. A bit better with PETG but not super reliable so it may need some external support to hold it up.
