Design Philosophy:

Compact enough to be placed on a desktop for convenient grinding of small objects;

To prevent large particles from splashing during grinding, a guide slot is added to the top, where any hard paper or plastic sheet can be inserted as a protective cover;

It uses PWM speed regulation and a single-sided air outlet to avoid random blowing and secondary dust dispersion;

HEPA filtration is included to ensure small particles are adsorbed by the filter, which is easy to disassemble and clean.

The fan and other parts are standard components. PWM speed control versions are available on major e-commerce platforms. Specifications are shown in the image. E-commerce software can be used to identify and find them (no ads, no links). They are generally similar, and other specifications can also be modified by yourself, just be careful not to make them too large.

Installation:

Foolproof installation; just ensure wires are threaded through holes beforehand to avoid rework! Internal wiring is shown in the figure.

About Printing:

I used PETG, and to prevent the shell from warping at the edges, I added an external skirt. However, due to the size limitations of the A1 mini, a skirt cannot be added. If warping occurs, it will not affect its use! It just loses a bit of the perfect industrial aesthetic.
