AMS-HT and AMS / AMS 2 Pro Identifier

Simplify the management of your spools inside the AMS!

With a quick glance you will always know which spool you are using or would like to use, sometimes it's confusing using Bambu Studio, but with this accessory it won't happen again! Designed with Fusion 360 and Bambu Studio, they serve to indicate the AMS so as not to confuse positions, especially when you have multiple spools of the same color and type, now with a simple glance you will always know exactly what you are using

PROJECT FEATURES:

• PETG project, using superior filaments like ABS and ASA is not strictly necessary
• Robust AMS indicator with a minimal design, with letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H
• They are easy to install as they are self-adaptive for insertion and even easier to remove
• Tolerances are minimal to prevent it from detaching unintentionally once mounted while opening the AMS lid

🖨️ CUSTOMIZATION:

• Possibility to print it in the color you prefer according to your taste or preferences
• It is not possible to change the dimensions as it is custom designed

🎨 FILAMENT USED and RECOMMENDED:

• To maintain the characteristics seen in the photos, Bambu Lab PETG-HF Filaments
• Pay attention, AMS-HT can reach high temperatures during drying, do not use PLA!

⚙️ ASSEMBLY STEPS:

•  The assembly is very precise, the tolerances are minimal, so it will be normal for it to seem a bit tight for the mounting angle but all this is normal, to prevent it from detaching during normal use, if you prefer a softer assembly you can enter the value 0.15 as you see in the photo below in the menu “Quality > Precision”

  

1. Insert the ring into the round gray handle keeping the letter facing you and tilted 45° downwards
2. After inserting it, rotate it upwards by 45°, aligning the upper edges of the handle with the upper ones of the ring, always keeping the handle still
