Ubiquiti UCG-Max 10" 1U Rack Mount | Lab Rax

1U rack mount for the Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway Max (UCG-Max), designed for 10-inch racks.

This model is part of the Lab Rax series. Should work for other similar 10" racks. 

UCG-Ultra has identical dimensions and should be compatible. 

Design Details

Most rack mounts for the UCG-Max leave a visible gap where the device's rounded corners meet the faceplate. This design solves that issue with a contoured opening that sits flush against the device for a clean, gap-free look.

Features

• Flush Fit: The faceplate matches the corner radius of the UCG-Max specifically to eliminate gaps.
• No Supports: The geometry is optimized to print without any supports.
• Open Ventilation: Intake and exhaust vents are left completely uncovered to maintain airflow.
• Status Screen: Includes a cutout aligned for the 0.96" status screen and LED.
• Full Port Access: All ports including the storage slot is accessilble.
• Reversible: The UCG can be installed with the port side out. (This will conceal the reset button)

Print Settings

• Material: PLA, PETG.
• Infill: 15% - 20%.
• Supports: None required.

Installation

1. Insert: Slide the Cloud Gateway Max into the mount from the rear, tucking the front edge under the faceplate lip.
2. Lock: Place your fingers on the top arch of the mount and use your thumb to press firmly on the rear of the unit. The mount will flex slightly to accommodate the device before snapping back to lock it securely in place.
3. Mount: Screws to attach to your 10" rack rails.
