Description
This is a multifunctional drone conversion base primarily designed to mount a drone onto a bicycle Garmin mount for easy transport while cycling.
The base connects to Garmin mounts using M3 heat-set inserts and is compatible with any mount that can be secured with M3 screws.
Connections between the base and extension are secured using M3 × 5 countersunk screws.
The drone lens cover has also been redesigned to stabilize the gimbal and reduce movement during transport.
It is recommended to apply approximately 1 mm thick EVA foam at contact points for vibration damping.
This design effectively reduces shocks and vibrations caused by cycling.
The heat-set insert specification is M3 × 4 × 5.
