This is a stand for solar powered humidity meter, specifically, the small version (no battery). The stand comes in three versions, each at a different angle (45°/55°/65°). I would recommend 45° for using it on a desk.
I found these on Aliexpress for ~$3 each. Not sure why they aren't more popular, it completely eliminates the need for button batteries. A very convenient gadget.
The “fuzzy skin” texture you see in my photos is created using OrcaSlicer. MakerWorld only allows Bambu Studio profiles (lack “noise type” option), so the texture will look a little different, smoother, less aggressive.
