Update V2: Now completely printable – no more cold AND metal pins! 🥶🛠️

You wanted it simpler, here it is: V2 of my exhaust flange for the xTool F2 comes completely without purchased parts.

The problem remains the same: cold air creeps into the warm workshop through the exhaust hose in winter. But the solution is now even more elegant.

What's new in V2?

  • 100% 3D Printed: You no longer need to saw off a screwdriver or look for cotter pins.
  • Smart Geometry: The connecting pin is now printed. It has a special shape:
    • Polygon Profile: In the flap area, the pin is angular so that it "grips" the flap and securely carries it along.
    • Round Profile: At the bearing points, it is round so that it can rotate smoothly in the housing.

Features:

  • Precise Fit: Designed for the xTool F2.
  • Manual Control: Simply turn the cube (Open/Close).
  • Insulation: Keeps cold air and pests out.
  • Cube Labeling: was added later in the slicer.

⚠️ You want "Heavy Duty"? (Link to V1) If you prefer the indestructible version with a metal pin, you can find my V1 here: LINK TO V1 . Both versions serve the same purpose!
