What are Gremlin Bells: 

According to an old motorcycle tradition, Gremlin Bells (also know as Guardian or spirit bells) protect riders from bad luck, mechanical trouble, and unexpected problems on the road.
The legend says that mischievous road gremlins attach themselves to motorcycles, causing breakdowns and misfortune. The ‘ringing’ of the bell drives these gremlins away, forcing them to release their grip and fall onto the road below.
