These foot massagers are designed to target the plantar fascia, helping relieve heel and arch pain caused by plantar fasciitis or long days on your feet.
For best use, begin with the “Warm-up” roller for 2-5 minutes and then switch to the “Deep tissue” roller.
Of the two “Deep tissue” rollers, V1.0 is a bit more aggressive, great if you like firm massages.
If you have sensitive feet I'd recommend printing the V2.0 “Deep tissue” roller.
Compact, effective, and easy to print - recommended to use on carpets.

Material Printing Recommendations
- PLA or PETG for firm massage
TPU for a softer feel (recommended for sensitive feet or warm-up)
How to Use
- Place on the floor (carpet recommended)
- Roll your foot slowly over the surface
- Apply light pressure at first, increasing as comfortable
- Use for 1–5 minutes per foot
