Description
This is a filament spool rack, built as a modular system and endlessly expandable. Yes, there are already a few models, but these have taken a lot of filament and time.
This rack offers:
- Optimized for filament and time (2h with 70 grams consumption)
- Very robust and no deformation when fully loaded
- Modular design and no additional components necessary
- Suitable for all spool sizes up to 205mm diameter and 74mm height (I haven't found larger spools yet)
- Easy loading and removal of filament spools possible
- Uneven loading easily possible
Assembly is very simple.
- Print the module until the desired number is reached and put them together
- Clip the connectors between the modules
- Print the lid and insert it at the top
For printing, I used normal PLA, which is perfectly sufficient.
