Description

I designed this washer for all common surfboard straps that use self-tapping screws.
The washer was printed in PETG with 100% infill for maximum strength and durability.

For printing, I used a high layer height, which worked very well.
Successful prints were achieved with both a 0.4 mm and a 0.8 mm nozzle.

Appearance was not a priority for this part, the focus was purely on strength and durability, which is why a high layer height and 100% infill were used.

I strongly recommend using PETG or, if possible, ABS to ensure sufficient strength and resistance to saltwater. PETG has been fully sufficient for my use, as I use these washers on my kitefoil and wingfoil boards.
