Fantasy Noble Dagger - Cosplay Prop
This fantasy dagger is a highly detailed display model, specifically designed for cosplay and collectors. The design features a filigree ornamented crossguard and an ergonomic handle with a twisted appearance. The construction is optimized for 3D printing to minimize seams and maximize surface quality.
Technical Details & Printing Recommendations:
- Number of parts: 4 main components + connecting pin.
- Walls (Blade): At least 4. This is necessary to keep the vertically printed blade stable and prevent it from breaking.
- Walls (Handle/Crossguard): 3.
- Layer height: 0.16 mm (optimal for displaying ornaments).
- Infill: 15%.
- Support: Normal tree supports. For the blade, additional supports are used for stabilization.
Assembly Instructions:
- Preparation: Remove parts from the print bed, check fits and remove burrs if necessary.
- Alignment: Insert the connecting pin into the handle.
- Fixing: Attach the crossguard to the handle with adhesive (super glue recommended).
- Finalization: Insert the blade into the crossguard with adhesive and allow it to cure.
