Ikea Vidga 90 degree connector
Wanted to connect the 90 degree Vidga connector without a wall mount, and designed this connector to serve that purpose. Using the 90 degree mount in this way allows you to close off any gaps between the wall and the curtain achieving complete block out.
The vidga 90 degree rail has slightly different dimensions to the straight rails so these have been designed with that in mind. This can work as a friction fit, as it has two wedges that make the fit very tight, but to make it extra secure you can use two M3 insets to tighten the connector to the rails.
To install simply wedge one both sides of the rails together and tighten down the screws.
