This ballerina does not represent movement, but what remains when movement has done its work. A stable, composed figure, with arms raised in a gesture of alignment and presence. She does not dance to perform, but because she has learned to stand. It is a sculpture about discipline as a form of care, about the calm that arises after the struggle, and about the balance that remains when the body no longer needs to defend itself

Tips & Tricks

• Ensure the build plate is perfectly clean for maximum adhesion
• Remove supports with extreme care, especially in the areas of the hands and arms
• For a more sculptural finish:
  • use PLA Marble
  • or apply a light primer after printing
