Filaments used: PETG White, PLA SILK Gold, PETG HF Black

This project features the Delta Force knife skin—Mercy

After much thought and repeated trials, I finally created a foldable structure with a blade ejection and locking mechanism that requires absolutely nometal parts

(Software used: Plasticity)

The assembly process might be a bit challenging, and there might be some minor inaccuracies in the provided assembly diagrams A video will be released later to show the complete assembly process

Tools needed: flush cutters, craft knife, glue (401 recommended for fast and strong bonding), lighter (for PETG stringing if not properly dried, just lightly singe)

It is highly recommended to print the torsion spring using PETG material, as the torsion spring can fatigue after prolonged use PETG material offers better strength and longevity

Two versions of the torsion spring are provided, normal and thickened, please use as needed

Be extra careful when removing the supports for the rotating connector of the blade main body; even though the stress structure has been altered, there is still a risk of breakage, so be sure to carefully remove the supports!

This pivot point requires some trimming with flush cutters to achieve optimal performance

(Side note: A version using Bambu Lab official springs might be released later, offering longer playability and a smoother, more powerful blade ejection)

Since the author only has an A1 mini, I cannot replicate the black and silver color scheme of the blade from the game; if needed, please leave a comment, and I will update with a multi-color printing or multi-part assembly version

For detailed assembly instructions, please refer to the assembly PDF; if you encounter any assembly issues, please feel free to point them out in the comments!
