Description
Multi-Engraving Jig – XTOOL F1 / F2 – Aluminum Bottle Opener Keychains
This jig is designed for XTOOL F1 and XTOOL F2 lasers and allows you to engrave multiple metal (aluminum) bottle opener keychains simultaneously, ensuring precision and repeatability
It can accommodate simultaneously:
- up to 10 keychains without the ring
- up to 6 keychains with the ring inserted
The jig is specifically designed for the keychain model (pictured) with the following dimensions (aluminum part, excluding the ring):
- Length: 58 mm
- Width: 11 mm
- Height: 16.5 mm
It also allows engraving of the bottom side of the keychain; when flipped over, it remains perfectly horizontal
The central keychain is positioned to allow for perfect focusing in the center, ensuring uniform engraving on all pieces
For maximum engraving precision, it is recommended to use the keychains without the ring.
As shown in the photos, this jig allows for the complete closing of the laser lid when the keychains are inserted.
The print shown in the images is made from PLA Matte, with standard settings:
- 15% infill
- 2 walls
These settings ensure excellent stability and reliable operation.
