TPU Replacement Silicone Plugs for Snapmaker U1

This design is a TPU replacement for the original 4 silicone plugs located in all four corners of the Snapmaker U1 top cover.

In addition, these plugs can also be used with the Snapmaker U1 DIY Top Hat by Srin.
For this use case, the plugs can be glued together with the 4 printed rings to create a clean and flexible seal.

Printing Notes

• Material: TPU is highly recommended (best fit and flexibility)
• A custom support pillar is already integrated into the model
  → No slicer support needs to be enabled
• After printing, remove the center pin using pliers

Recommended Slicer Settings (Snapmaker Orca Slicer)

• Filament: Snapmaker TPU 95A or similar 
• Nozzle: Standard 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (standard profile)
