Description

My AC duct has a hole in it. The duct that came with the unit sucks and the duct I had on it was too long, so it got scrunched and has a hole in it.

The current connection method also makes no sense because once a tube breaks, there is no way to cut it and make it work. I hated how the vent system worked so I decided to make my own vent. It has a rib on it for the smaller clamp. I also made it in 4in size since it costs less on material, duct, and components.

This must be printed in a very high temp resistant material. I previously made an accessory to make sure the other duct would fit. PLA and ABS both melted. I ended up using PC, the same is true for the model here.

Overall, I am very happy with the outcome, and I hope you are too. If you'd like to support me, consider checking out one of my Kindle books on Amazon. I've got FDM and Resin books, but I also have books on random stuff like compasses, better habit building, and DSLR cameras.
