Reloading Trays with Bowl
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a compact and robust reloading trays designed for rifle cartridges, intended to keep cases organized and easy to handle during reloading and bench work.
In addition to the cartridge tray, this version also includes an bowl, which is useful for temporarily holding cases, bullets, spent primers, or other small reloading components during a session.
Supported Calibers
This design currently includes versions for:
- .308 Winchester
- .222 Remington
- .22 Hornet
Each caliber has been tuned for a secure but practical fit when used with standard brass.
Print Profiles Included
For each caliber, three print plates are provided:
- Multi-color version
Optimized for AMS / multi-color printing. - Single-color version
Simplified profile for fast and clean single-material prints. - 10% infill version
For users who prefer reduced material usage and shorter print times.
Infill Recommendation
I personally print this tray at 100% infill.
While this uses slightly more filament, I prefer the heavier, more rigid, and solid feel it provides. For a bench tool that is handled frequently, the added weight and durability clearly outweigh the extra filament cost in my opinion.
The included 10% infill profile works perfectly fine if weight or material usage is a higher priority.
Ironing Note
The ironing settings in the provided print profiles are optimized for my specific printer and setup.
Ironing behavior can vary significantly depending on:
- filament type
- nozzle condition
- flow calibration
- printer tolerances
For best surface results, each user should fine-tune ironing settings for their own machine rather than relying on these values as a universal preset.
