If the car's surface where you're going to stick it is curved, you can mold the part with heat to adapt it to the shape; for this, it's recommended to print it in PLA, which thermoforms very well with hot air or hot water by controlling the temperature. To save material, time, and waste, instead of using color changes during printing, it's recommended to print everything in a single color and paint the letters afterward with a marker or fine acrylic paint.
