[v.1] Badge Holder – Slim Keychain Edition

A compact badge holder designed to attach directly to your keychain, so you always have your card within reach wherever you go. The slim design minimizes pocket bulk, while the slightly recessed edges make it easy to slide the card out with your thumb. The geometry is optimized for FDM printing: chamfered edges, and walls thick enough to ensure durability even with intensive daily use.

Printing recommendations:

• Orientation: print flat, with the front side facing upward.
• Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm for a good balance between detail and print time.
• Infill: 20% is sufficient.
• Suggested material: PLA or PETG; avoid overly brittle materials for everyday use.

Ideal for corporate badges, access cards, coworking spaces, or university use.

Note: I initially printed this badge holder with supports enabled, and I have to say: removing them was not easy at all 😅

I’d really like to invite others to experiment with different print profiles, layer heights, and materials (PLA, PETG, etc.) and share their results.
