Description
The middle splice plates can be 3D Printed multiple times according to the actual window height and can be spliced together. 3mm screw holes are reserved to allow for a tighter fit. As I live on a high floor, unused holes can be used for ropes to prevent falling. I used heat-set inserts.
My window is about 22. If yours is similar or smaller, it can be used and tightened with screws. Each plate measures 200mm in height, and the top plate is adjustable up to 160mm in height. My window is 1260mm, so it's roughly one top piece, one bottom piece, and five middle pieces. The print profile can accommodate windows with heights from 1220mm to 1360mm.
This way, you can vent externally even in winter without opening the screen window. Remember to apply foam tape on both sides of the baffle.
