This is a 2-inch 115x110x24mm chassis weighing 220g, specifically designed for the DJI O4 Air Unit with complete safety.
The design combines the rigidity of technical materials PETG-CF, TPU, and PETG.

⚙️ Print Profile and Materials (Print Settings)
The design uses three specific materials to maximize mechanical performance:
1. Top & Bottom Plates
- Material: PETG-CF (Generic)
- Quality Profile: 0.20mm Standard
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm (Hardened steel recommended)
2. Battery Holders (LiPo Holders)
- Material: PETG (Standard).
- Function: Firm battery retention.
- Infill: 100% or 40% Gyroid.
3. Camera Mount
- Material: TPU 95A.
- Function: Vibration absorption and O4 lens protection.
- Infill: 20% - 40%.

📝 Flight and Assembly Notes
- Performance: With a weight of 225g and 4-blade propellers, the drone has a lot of inertia and grip. The average flight time is 4 minutes, which is ideal for performing a complete cinematic shot or a technical freestyle session before landing.
- CF Printing: PETG-CF hides layer lines and provides a professional finish, but make sure your printer is calibrated for abrasive materials.
- Connector: The Ovonic battery comes with XT60. Install the correct connector on your FC.
- O4 Clearance: 25mm standoffs are mandatory to ensure airflow around the DJI O4 unit.
