Description

Translation to English:

This is my optimized anti-turbulence sport windshield, which I have gradually spent a considerable amount of time designing and testing.

The main purpose is to reduce turbulence, and this is best achieved with a low sport windshield.

The windshield is as low as possible while still providing wind protection for the upper body. In the center of the screen, there is a perforated grid that prevents vacuum buildup behind the windshield, which would otherwise also cause turbulence.

The upper edge also consists of a grid that slows down and distributes the airflow as it leaves the edge.

It has been refined over the summer, and using a grid and a grid edge provides by far the best result.

Instructions:
It is recommended to print the windshield in PETG so it is more resistant to summer heat.

Once the print is finished, heat the print bed to 90 °C. This softens the plastic. The windshield is then shaped inside the original windshield.

Job done.
