The keychain body is precisely hollowed to accept individually printed letters. Both the letters and their slots feature a 0.1 mm outline gap, allowing for a tight and accurate press-fit assembly that does not require glue under normal conditions.

Because the base and letters are printed separately, the model naturally supports multi-color printing with no AMS required.

Assembly
