🧱 NFC Brick with Magnet 

3D printable NFC brick designed for a round NFC tag (Ø 25 mm) and a neodymium magnet (Ø 15 mm × 3 mm).
The model is made for pause-during-print assembly, allowing the magnet and NFC tag to be inserted directly during the print.

🔍 Description

This model is a compact NFC brick that holds a standard 25 mm NFC tag and a 15 × 3 mm magnet.
During printing, the process is paused so the magnet and NFC tag can be inserted before the print continues. This results in a clean, fully enclosed object without visible glue or seams.

Once finished, the brick can be used as a physical NFC trigger for smartphone automations (e.g. lock phone, enable focus mode, launch apps) using NFC apps such as Foqos.https://www.foqos.app

⏸️ Print Pause Instructions

  1. Start the print normally.
  2. Pause the print at the defined layer height (just before the cavities close).
  3. Insert the magnet first, then the NFC tag.
  4. Resume the print to seal both components inside the model.

(Exact pause layer may vary depending on slicer and printer.)

⚠️ Notes

  • Make sure the magnet orientation is correct before resuming the print.
  • NFC performance may vary depending on material and wall thickness.
