Spacer Blocks, Organizers, & Storage Case

Imperial: 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4"

Each block is 2" x 1" with a 1/8" chamfer

Metric: 2mm, 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 18mm

Each Block is 25mm x 50mm with a 3mm chamfer

Can be used in wood working / fabrication projects rather than making spacers for each project. 

Have included a Gridfinity organizer for both metric and imperial and a storage case with labels. 

Storage case generated with perplexing labs Gridfinity Generator. If you would like to make your own the settings I used to make the box are:

3 Grid Rows

5 Grid Columns

Standard 42mm Grid Spacing

9 units (7mm/unit) tall. 1 unit in the lid and 8 in the bottom.

To assemble the box you will need the following hardware:

5x M3x40mm Screws

2x M3x55mm Screws

Each Spacer block & Gridfinity organizer has embossed text to call out its size. Recommend to print text in a different color & face down with the exception of the organizers. If you don't have a printer that can do multi color, suggest using the Non-MC STL's as the text is embossed 0.4mm depth

Recommended Print Settings:

Spacer Blocks

• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 Wall Loops
• 25% Gyroid Infill
• PLA or PETG
• If you use the “One File” STL, make sure to split it into objects in your slicer. This step does not need to be done if using a print profile provided or if you download each spacer block individually.

Gridfinity Organizer

• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 Wall Looks
• 15% Infill. Grid or Gyroid
• PLA or PETG

Gridfinity Storage Case

• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 Wall Looks
• 25% Infill. Grid or Gyroid
• PLA for handle, latches, & label.
• PETG for case body.
