This is what happens when pure evil is accidentally washed at 90 degrees: it shrinks
This Vecna comes in a handy "Kinder Joy"-style as a bust. He still looks nasty and is probably planning world domination, but is currently too small to cause serious harm. He was designed to fit perfectly on the small base and does not try to control your mind (no guarantee with misprints)
So you can put away the Kate Bush cassette for now – you don't have to run from this Vecna
