Description
This Internal Corner Bracket 40×43 mm is a compact reinforced L-angle bracket designed for strengthening 90-degree internal joints in frames, enclosures, furniture, and technical constructions.
The bracket features a reinforced internal corner to improve rigidity and load distribution while keeping the overall design simple and efficient.
It includes four Ø4 mm mounting holes for standard screws and one Ø6 mm central hole, which can be used for optional fixation, alignment, or alternative mounting.
The geometry is optimized for FDM 3D printing, focusing on strength, printability, and reliable results rather than decorative appearance.
This model is suitable for workshop builds, DIY projects, machine frames, cabinets, and custom assemblies.
The 40×40 mm version is part of a series of reinforced internal corner brackets, allowing you to choose the most appropriate size for your specific application while maintaining a consistent design across projects.

Print Profiles
This model includes three tested print profiles, optimized for different materials and strength requirements:
PLA – No Supports (Brim only)
- Printed without supports
- Brim enabled for reliable bed adhesion
- Suitable for light-duty applications and quick prints
PETG – No Supports (Brim only)
- Printed without supports
- Brim enabled to reduce edge lifting
- Good balance between strength and flexibility
- Suitable for functional indoor and light outdoor use
ABS – Manual Supports + Brim (comming soon)
- Printed with manual supports only, placed where necessary
- Brim enabled for stable adhesion
- Optimized for maximum mechanical strength
- Recommended for demanding and load-bearing applications
All profiles are oriented to prioritize mechanical strength over surface finish.
Minor surface imperfections may occur depending on the selected material but do not affect functionality.
Printing Notes
- Recommended materials: PLA, PETG, ABS
- Supports: Not required for PLA and PETG profiles; manual supports used for ABS
- Brim: Enabled in all profiles
- Orientation: Optimized for strength
