Description:

## 💡 Project Overview This is a custom-designed enclosure for DIY audio enthusiasts who have spare full-range drivers and want to build a high-quality portable speaker. The case is designed with thick walls to prevent vibration and ensure solid acoustic performance.

## 📏 Specifications

  • Dimensions: 128mm (L) x 60mm (W) x 60mm (H)
  • Material: Optimized for PLA, PLA+, or PETG.

## 🛠️ Bill of Materials (Hardware Needed) To complete this build, you will need to source the following components:

  • Drivers: 2x Full-range drivers (~38mm / 1.5 inch diameter, Clip 3 style or similar).
  • Passive Radiator: 1x Bass radiator (compatible with the rear slot).
  • Battery: Space optimized for 2x 18650 cells (High discharge recommended, e.g., LG HD2C).
  • Charging: 1x Type-C charging module.
  • Switch: 1x 12mm Push button or Latching switch.
  • Assembly: M3 Screws and Glue/Sealant.

## ⚙️ Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended for strength).
  • Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid recommended for acoustics).
  • Walls/Perimeters: 3 or 4 walls (Crucial for air-tightness and sound quality).
  • Supports: Yes (Required for speaker cutouts and internal overhangs).

## ⚠️ Assembly Notes

  • Basic soldering skills are required to connect the battery, BMS, and amplifier board.
  • Ensure the enclosure is sealed airtight (except for the passive radiator) to maximize bass response.
