Description

Grenade Dumbbell – When Motivation Needs a Little Extra Boom

Some days motivation is there.

On Other days, it helps when it looks a little more serious.

This grenade-style dumbbell is a playful take on gym motivation — a reminder that mindset matters just as much as muscle. It’s not about lifting heavier, it’s about showing up with the right energy.

Designed as a fun prop and conversation starter, it fits perfectly on a desk, shelf, or gym corner. It tends to get noticed, usually followed by a smile and a "what is that?"

A small piece of gym humor for anyone who takes training seriously — but not too seriously.

Additional Hints

I'm still learning Blender, that's why the spring isn't perfect yet. Maybe with different Filament you'll get better results.

Hope you'll still like my Model :-)

Printing Hints

Printing is straightforward and beginner-friendly.

No AMS required. The parts are designed to be glued together with a small amount of standard glue.

I've made two types of springs and for best results (with the old PLA Silk).

I've optimized the layer height and speed for that element.

Happy to see feedback, boosts, and photos of your prints.

Enjoy.
