Description
Modular spacer in hex orientation for 18650 Lithium-Ion batteries.
I designed this spacer because I couldn't find anything suitable on the market. It is designed to allow a battery setup with a height of exactly 50mm.
Due to the modular design, any length of battery block can be built. In my case, a 48V 13S6P
The contacts are designed for a 10x0.2 mm nickel strip .
Support material is required!
I used PTEG for this, as it can be removed very easily and without residue from the PLA base.
