Hand tremor tool / brace

This tool is to help people with a hand tremor to hold various objects like spoons, toothbrushes, pens, etc.
The main part was designed to be printed with PLA and the straps with TPU.
The straps' length can be adjusted in the FreeCAD file rather simply. I have tested the strap to be easy to lock and unlock, I dont recommend wearing the tool for prolonged time, however if tightened just right I wore it for the entire day with no discomfort and quite a strong grip (Im 26 though, so keep that in mind).




My design was inspired by this video from It's Triggy! (his last simple design in the video for hand tremor mitigation).

I wanted to make a design that is fully 3d-printed. The straps are meant to be printed with TPU.

A parametric FreeCAD file is also attached where you can adjust any dimension you want (I tried to put most relevant ones into a spreadsheet there).

I was inspired to do this project because I wanted to learn to work in FreeCAD and I was looking for something useful that I could make that could be helpful to other people, so I am thankful to It's Triggy! for his amazing idea and inspiration!
