Push fit Barista Express Steam Lever

A combined version of janitorbanitor's adaptor and kai's original design for the barista pro. I found that the adaptor and original lever were hard to fit together in a flush manner, so I combined them to print as once piece.

If you are finding it too loose, add some double sided tape!
