Long Chain Print In Place 92.5"

This is a continuous chain with 99 links which roughly equals to 92.5" (2350mm) of total length.
The shape and cross section were optimized for a cleaner print. The chain can be broken down into individual links in a slicer and the unneeded links can be deleted.
Each link is about 1.2x0.6x0.15 inch (31x15x3.8 mm).

Bambu Studio created a better bridging pattern for the top most section with 3 wall loops than with 2 for 0.2mm layer height.
I printed it in PETG-HF and PETG-CF. For me, PETG-CF is sticking a bit too much to the plate, so I reduced the temperature for the first layer to reduce sticking and increased it for the other layers to increase the bond between layers. To account for individual printer differences, the profile should be tested.
